Some goodies arrived today and I got started on the right wing. I have yet another work trip but this time it's just a few days.

Hinge gaps sealed with blenderm, aileron linkage lengths matched, and the fuse is on the bench.

The club held its annual Toys-for-Tots Fun Fly yesterday. Decent turnout and people were out flying.

I took the DeJaVu and did 3 flights. I really like the way a pattern plane flies but my middle child tried to stomp the horizontal stab so now I'm probably going to put it up for sale again and see if I can move it to get something I can get replacement parts for

The DeJaVu seems to be sold so I ordered a Flex Innovations Mamba 60E tonight. I also ordered the wing bags and a set of prop covers.

Work commenced on the fuselage and I started by dropping some thin CA on joints in the motor box that extend into the fuse along with other joints. I then went to work on the landing gear going off of memory of the manual and forgot to put on the landing gear cuffs. So tomorrow I will be removing the wheels and axles so I can slide those onto the gear.

Cuffs on but I'm not sure I like how they fit.

I spent some time at my parents for Thanksgiving and I was able to get the last of my kits they were storing for me down. So now I have the 2 Great Planes Patriots and a Goldberg Eagle 2 trainer (top white box).

And today my side project to the AJ Raven showed up. I would've done more with it today but I needed to drive down to Katy to meet the buyer of the DeJaVu. I still hate to see it go but now it's time to focus on just fun and not worry about a Unicorn plane.

I'm going to try and hook my 10S packs up to the ESR meter tomorrow and see what I can sell them for.

I had to make one modification to the Mamba 60E last night. My batteries also arrived yesterday so I'm going to see if I can get everything together on it by the club meeting on Saturday.
