Thanks Mike and Steve
The new Laser Tube arrived yesterday and it was quick easy swap.
The new tube was a little different to the old one, definitely came from a different manufacture and it came with the electrical connections pre-wired.
Which was good. All i had to do was add the High Tension connector plug to connect the main feed to the laser power supply.
One small issue i had was the the cooling inlet and outlet were for a slightly smaller diameter tube that what i have installed which means the water connections were a little looser than i would have liked.
I just added a zip-tie around these and pulled as tight as i could and there were no leaks so good enough for me.
One thing that i have noticed is that my cooling system really isn't adequate for a 40watt laser....
Even though the new tube seems to run cooler than the last tube there is still quite a lot of heat build up in the cooling water lines.
I haven't actually measured the water temp but its pretty hot to the touch and its not supposed to be.
So the choice was to add another smaller radiator with fan like i have on my Spindle such as this one

or for just a small amount more go for this one

Its from a Small Honda 80cc Dirt Bike. I chose this one as it is more than twice the size of the other one and will have a much larger water volume.
Plus it looks more cool!
I can always add a fan if needed.
Just need some more time to get the system dialed in.
Will be releasing some pictures of the new frames soon.
Cheers
Ben
