Nothing has filled its void.

Surprised to see the forum is still up!

I hope you guys come out of retirement.

Thanks guys! It's nice to know we are missed. :)

I don't see us coming out of retirement. Ben has sold all his RC stuff, Bobby is busy with his boys and starting a new business venture, Maybe James I hardly hear from, and I'm enjoying care-free hobby time with no obligations to anyone but myself.

I do plan to keep the forum and the main site up for as long as I can afford to pay for the hosting.

I definitely understand varying interests, family, work pressures. Wish you all the best. Just hard to find a podcast, that’s hobby related, that I can stick with let alone look forward to like I did with RC Today show and all its related predecessors.

I have found one homebuilt airplane podcast that holds my interest most of the time, working my way through those. We’ll see where that goes...

SonexFlight. Obviously dedicated to the Sonex line of kits. For the most part, it’s really pretty interesting. They’ve been doing it four a few years now and average one episode per month, maybe a couple more during Oshkosh. Lots of good info if you are thinking or like in my case, dreaming, of building a kit plane.

I’ve also jumped into YouTube build videos too and a few times have seen the builders in a situation that if they had listened to the podcast they could have avoided a problem. Good stuff.
