In this episode: The gang's all here, and we've finally convinced Cody to give us the basics on how to properly learn to fly 3D airplanes. Sorry heli guys, you will have to wait one more week for some heli content, but it's coming. We promise!

Great episode I listened to it today. It gives me a few things to work on and a direction to go. Some need improvement and some I can't do at all. I can hover reasonably well but can't harrier at all. So thats step one.

I really thought about my flying whilst at the field this weekend in relation to this episode.

Quick question I have a 20cc profile that flies great generally however when almost at the stall if I put full down elevator to make it nose over it falls out of the manoeuvre and drops a wing, spiralling out. Probably a stupid comment but my twisted slick goes into a nice waterfall type manoeuvre. Is this a c of g issue or just a plane issue. I tried it with and without SFG's with no difference other than man does in not fly good without them.

Another great show guys - dare I say my flying is actually improving from listening so keep it up. Anthony

A bit late to the party ... super good info on learning 3D from Cody. Get him back on in 6 months to cover some more 3D goodness, please. I appreciate his thoughts on learning and how it seems like I don't make any headway and then one day, pow it clicks. Will listen to the show a few more times for sure. :)
