Great show guys. I just watched the Velos videos and just from the video I got goosebumps. I'll bet it's breathtaking in real life. Hopefully I'll get to see one soon!

I have to say that the talk of the V2 Mini Protos and Protos 500 has me very interested in seeing what they do with that.

I'm thinking I'm going to be mostly flying 500 and smaller helis and I may even have to get a micro to play around with in the neighborhood where there aren't houses yet.

OXY is great for around the house. Caleb is starting to beat the snot out of his in the front yard.

Will the JR285 servos work with the Oxy?

If so, that will probably be what I get for a smaller heli. I'd like to get a Blade 180 but I want to be able to adjust the different flight control unit settings. I probably wouldn't notice it either way, but at least I would have the option. I also have one good set of the plastic Lynx blade sets left. I can always use them as test flight blades.

Should work but may be a little on the slow side.

The OXY will fly noticeable better than the 180.

I've been running JR 285s in my Mini Protos since I got it (however long ago that was). They may be slightly slow, but they're good servos and the VBar doesn't seem to mind their slowness. :)

Cool, after looking at the pics, I should also be able to put a CGY750 on it if I want to go that route.

So, I think I'm going to have to pull the trigger on an OXY 3 but I'm going to wait until the end of the flying season.

What size front yard do you guys have? I personally don't get the Oxy3 250mm blade size. In my yard the 180CFX fits better and crashes well. If I'm at the local park I'd rather fly a 360mm blade class heli.

BTW you can put a uBrain in a 180 and tune everything. Works great!

We've flown a 180 and an OXY3 and there is no comparison.

Luca will bring out an OXY2 that will be a similar size to the 180.

If you look at parts cost, the OXY is really not any more than the 180. There is more cost up front, but it flies much better. Just my opinion
