Is that why Bobby is dumping 3 non-DT helis?

You mentioned Kenny building his Max V2 as a 750. It doesn't surprise me because, as part of Team DT USA, he can't publicly fly any helis in the same class as ones DT makes. The DT700 won't swing 750s unstretched and there is no stretch kit.

I'd be much more likely to fly a Max V2 as a 750 than get a Velos. The Velos just adds too much complexity for my tastes.

A Velos 880 and a max are like 3 different size classes apart. Prob not on the table in the same breath. :-)

I realize that. I was mainly addressing helis larger than 700.

Just started listening to the show. Just out of curiosity, was I the Ben being referenced for taking 6 months to finish anything?

I think it was Alex. I'm not worried about it, I was just curious if it was me LOL.

I made it to center stage twice: once during the Mikado Friday Power Hour and once for the raffle, both times solely for the drawings. I had a blast despite that, just hanging out with the DT team and our neighbors...even Alex. I got to see a lot of people I had only corresponded with in the forums, such as Ray of Random Heli, Mannie of Open Hobby, and Jeff of RC Booya. Other than food, I only bought two items on site: two Mikado antenna mounts/guides.

I thought Alex was talking about Ben (the crazy Brit) and some of his projects that took a while. Heck, most of us have had those. Some more that others (myself). I think Ben still has a No Brainer kit that was never built. :tongue

I'm just selling off my non DT helis to thin the fleet. Everyone know what I think of the Goblins, absolutely love them and still think they are one of the sexiest helis around. However I don't have the time to service this many helis. For now I'm going to fly the DT520, DT600 & DT700. I still have interest in something bigger and something smaller, but the time isn't there for me and these sweet helis are collecting dust. :arggg:

Great show guys. Makes me want to build us a huge floaty Max V2 with 750 or larger blades. Super low headspeed and as quiet as I could make it.
