Hey guys,

After a lot of discussion, we've decided to pull the plug on the show. Bobby and I both are just not in a place where we can do it, nor do we see that happening in the foreseeable future. In fact, neither of us are even very active in the hobby, which would make it pointless to do a show even if we did have the time!

That said, we are going to do one last "Grand Finale" episode, and we want your help to do it!

If you are interested, record a short audio segment (anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of minutes) and send it to the show email address in mp3 format. When we put together our last show, I will include all the submissions... assuming they are family friendly of course!

We're not sure exactly when we will do the final show, but it'll be relatively soon. So get your clips ready!

I for one would like to thank you for all the years of enjoyment I've got from this show and the ones previous that the usual suspects were involved with. You helped get me back into the hobby years ago when I tore up my shoulder in a wreck. Eventually, I even followed in your footsteps a bit by joining the podcast community.

You will be missed from the airwaves. Continue on with what keeps you happy and young at heart. We are just playing with toys. ;) All the best from me.

Karl.

That's sad guys, but I understand. I feel privileged to have listened to you since back in the ATTF days. I learned a lot, laughed a lot, and felt like I had friends out there I just hadn't met yet. Thanks for all you've done.

Sorry to see the show go, but I understand the change in priorities. We may not see Bobby in the hobby again until the twins are out of college. :)

Hah, that sounds about right Alan!

I'm not out of the hobby entirely, but for now it's certainly not high on my priority list. Recently when I do find time to go out for a while, I've just been grabbing the DLG and transmitter for some pure "me" time.

As has been said above. Thank you for everything you've both done. I've enjoyed it and also learned a lot from you guys. I'm also glad i got to meet both of you in person I enjoyed hanging out with ya'll.

Good luck with everything you do and hope you get some good "me" time in whenever you can!

Thanks!
