I have heard this morning in my RC club that the Multiplex Solius is a fantastic plane.

Have your heard about it or have seen it flying?

Any feedback will be welcome!

PD. I might be buying it! I have put it on my "maybe" list

David, I haven't seen one yet. Shawn from Hitec is a glider guy and he was saying a lot if good things about the Solius when we had him on the show. It's very tempting to try one!

You are totally right Chris. I forgot about it! :face . We had Shawn from Hitech talking beauties of it. (I have heard again his comments and I missed them basically because of the pronunciation of the name, it hears very different in Spanish.. :thinking ).

I love gliders and that definetly looks very promising! it's moving fast to the top of the list...

Thx

The only negative I have heard about it is there isn't much space inside it for extras, it is reputed to fly very well and it looks great.
I have herd of a few people FPV'ing them and this is where the limited space thing came from.

the magazine review I read was very encouraging.

I saw one flying at our fun fly. Not only did it soar well, I saw it crashed several times with no damage and rain didn't seem to bother it much either. And that's good, considering how much it rained at the fun fly. :arggg:

That was Forrest's plane, right? I heard that one aileron finally quit working.

Yep, it was his. He kept flying it after the aileron servo quit! He removed the servo and taped the aileron at neutral and just kept flying. :)

That is one surprisingly tough plane, i cant believe the beating it took with no damage apart from the one aileron servo
