Looks great Chris! What power system components did you end up with? Im looking at doing a couple 2m conversions this year (maybe).

Alright Chris... does the Oly look the same after five months? Or have you bern working on it?

It looks slightly different, but not much! The fuselage is complete and prepped for glass/paint, and the wiring harness for wing servos has begun. Servo mounts are in place. I just haven't been motivated to work on it recently.

I can understand that. Most of my projects would take just a few weekends if done by somebody else... just about, ANYBODY else! But me they take many months. Many many months.

I'm a slacker, I haven't updated in a long time! Rather than cross post, I will just add a link to the RCG post on my latest progress.

Looking good!

I'd like to see how that would do at the BVRC field.

The damn thing is finally finished! Still unflown, but I can call it "done".

The thing about building is you have to be motivated and ultimately timelines shouldn't matter.

I need to get back on the Cadence and I'm a little less pressured now that son #2 is here and I'm done with my portion of harvest in our breeding nursery at work. I still have a good amount of work to keep going with while on paternity leave but I all of a sudden feel the desire to do something building wise.
