Went out today and got my first flights on this thing, i couldnt stop flying it. The plane is amazing and no matter how hard i launched it there was no sign of failure or stress. Can't even believe that this thing is going to get even better when we start making them with textreme and rohacell. Got lots of launches in since it is setup as left throw right now and i am the only ambidextrous thrower in the group. |

...a lot lol that was a big chunk of our budget, so was the $270 in aluminum slabs and $200 in corian. The other very expensive material is the rohacel foam, for some reason its hard to find in quantity that isnt super expensive in the states so we had to order some of the materials from overseas. |

Forgot to post this up here, got some good video of the plane including some stuff for my FPV ship. Gives a good idea of how the plane launches and flies....i will caution though the rudder and launch mode on the transmitter are setup for me and my lefty throw, i happened to put a righty peg in it so other people in out build group could fly so the launches have a bit of yaw wobble (spring in the rudder is flexing since it is backward) and the plane doesnt go straight up due to no launch mode. |
