It's about 100 grams more than my junk drawer tri copter.
But, that one doesn't have any fpv gear on it. My DRQ250 quad with FPV gear weighs 400gr.
The "xxxxxx" Ben tri copter with no FPV gear weighs 180gr.
So... Apples to apples (your tri and mine), mine is 50 grams less.
Wish I had another regular board camera instead of the metal housed 700TVL that's installed on yours. I'll have to may be dig around and see if I can find another lighter camera.

Great build write up Ben, that should make things nice and easy to follow when building mine!

How's the electronic build section coming along with the 4in1?

Looking forward to hopefully being the first 'European' owner of your Quad :)

Hi Guys

One of my Awesome customers has built his Tricopter and painted it

I think it looks great, very old school Batman!!

He used black wood stain and a red paint marker

Like!!

That's looking really cool. I'll be painting mine, probably bright red or yellow so that if (when) it goes in I'll be able to locate it easier if its in long grass etc.

Back up flying this mini tri. I should have painted it.
It's all grass and leaf stained green now
