Really great show. I learned a ton. And it's always fun listening to my friends, even through a podcast.

Another great show, Cliff is a great guy and really enjoy having him in my backyard basically (in fact i think i might run up there tomorrow since i will be in the area).

Had a really good laugh when Bobby mentioned about why DLG's are so expensive, i should have kept track of how many man hours we have into ours so far especially just polishing the molds. Also that guy in Atlanta Cliff mentioned is our group leader and that is our DLG that we are setting up. I could only hope we could sell those things for 1k each. But stay tuned to the thread in the sailplane section because we are supposed to complete our first maiden on sunday and i will be taking pictures and video.

I had a feeling that's the one he was talking about.
Good luck with the maiden!

Chris, you gotta post pics of the corn dogger. Funny name, but I'd love to see the design!

Here's the one I was talking about with the signatures. The design evolved a little after that one, mainly a slimmer pod and different wingtips. The name came about when I was painting the pod for the prototype, with the tailboom already installed. A friend dropped by and said "that looks like a big corn dog" (the food item). The name kinda stuck.

Exercise plus RC. What a weird idea! That DLG looks way cool shadow. I had no idea they were so labor intensive.

I will be buying some of that Mercury CA from Atlanta today.

I was really hoping to get the final answer on how to build the ultimate CF tail control rod, but I guess I'm still in the JB Weld and wrapping it with Kevlar thread camp. But Kyle Stacey and Bert seem convinced CA is the way to go.

Awesome episode guys! I have decided to buy some Mercury CAs and threadlockers for my Ricco build.
