It's great to hear RCTS back in action... But you know for months I didn't spend anything on RC and now you have me shopping! Should be called RC enabling show. RCES.

Hey, at least it's not every week now, so your wallet has time to recover between shows.

Hey, thanks for mentioning the issue with the twisted 180 CFX torque tube splines, Chris. I had a crash on mine a little while ago where the torque tube seemed to survive (but I stripped my tail pinion gear). After listening to this show today, I re-checked my torque tube and found that I ALSO had a twisted tip. I had about 8 flights on that TT. No idea how long it would have survived before giving out...

Crazy isn't it? I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it.

You mentioned Kenny building his Max V2 as a 750. It doesn't surprise me because, as part of Team DT USA, he can't publicly fly any helis in the same class as ones DT makes. The DT700 won't swing 750s unstretched and there is no stretch kit.

I'd be much more likely to fly a Max V2 as a 750 than get a Velos. The Velos just adds too much complexity for my tastes.
